SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 5-8 weeks for COUTURE items to be processed. Order processing will not begin until you have emailed your sizing information to us at [email protected]. You will receive an email once your order has been processed and shipped. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

leandrasboutique.com ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. No shipping to P.O. Boxes. Shipping address must match address associated with your credit card.

leandrasboutique.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). leandrasboutique.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All garments are made to order. There are no exchanges or returns on merchandise purchased. Any concerns or issues must be expressed within 10 days of receiving the item. No returns are accepted. Upon submitting your payment you enter into a contract. Please be sure to submit your correct sizing information to us at [email protected] since we cannot accept returns simply because you've changed your mind or are unhappy with how it looks on your body. If there is something physically wrong with your item please contact us to resolve the issue.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

We charge sales tax as applicable by state law and is based on the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Sales tax will be added to the total order and to shipping and handling charges where required.
